Our Services

Canine Training and Behaviour Consult

(ONLINE TRAINING)

Humans of Canines help families ‘start right’ with their new puppy, and also with adolescent and adult dogs, by providing basic obedience training. The goal of the training programme is to help people communicate with their dogs effectively, thereby building a strong relationship through mutual understanding and positive reinforcement.

The approach towards training a dog is gentle, effective, enjoyable, and designed to be easily mastered by all members of the family, youngsters especially. Some of the topics addressed in the private and group training sessions are:

Housetraining
How to prevent and resolve common puppy issues like nipping, inappropriate chewing, excessive barking, and jumping up
Teaching your dog to come when called, sit, down, stand, stay, and leash manners
Impulse control
Fear and anxiety prevention
Separation Anxiety
Trainer moderated playgroups for socialisation and fun
